A motion was made by TUESCHER, seconded by LEMKE, that the Minutes be

1. There was a step by step on searching for behavioral health. Informed that not all  
providers who accept Dean Health Insurance are on Dean's website.  
2. Bari Duprey discussed on how to look at formulary changes.  
3. Heather McDonald discussed virtual care, Rx benefit check and the 2020 Annual  
Report.

Shannon Maier brought up discussion regarding COVID-19 shots and flu shots.

Next meeting will take place December 8th.
