A motion was made by MCGINNITY, seconded by HATCHER, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote 5-0.

A motion was made by MCGINNITY, seconded by HATCHER, that the Resolution  
Requiring 2/3rds Vote be recommended for approval.  
A motion was made by CHAWLA, seconded by RITT, that the Resolution  
Requiring 2/3rds Vote be amended by adding the following clause at the end:  
"Now, therefore, be it finally resolved, that the Dane County Board of Supervisors  
continues to oppose the Cardinal Hickory project as per 2017 Res. 264." The  
motion carried by a voice vote 5-0.  
A motion was made by MCGINNITY, seconded by HATCHER, that the Resolution  
Requiring 2/3rds Vote be recommended for approval as amended. The motion  
carried by a voice vote 5-0.
