Ulysses Williams called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. with a quorum present.

MINUTES FROM OCTOBER 4, 2021

A motion was made by Linda Ketcham and seconded by Yanette Figueroa Cole
to Approve the minutes of 10/04/21. Michele Doolan and Sarah Smith abstained
from voting citing were not at the last meeting. Motion passed by voice vote.
C. Public Comment on Items not on the Agenda
Lim reported there was an error in the general public comment entry on the
agenda, so people were unable to register for general public comment. People
registered under other agenda items and were allowed to speak during the
general public comment period.
•John Brown registered under agenda item 2, oppose, provided comments.
•Jamie Goodyear registered under agenda item 4, support, provided comments.
•Anthony Kudingo registered under agenda item 4, neither support nor oppose,
provided comments.
•Kaci Tobin did not register and provided comments.
There were no emailed comments.
