BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Dane County Board of Supervisors supports  
and welcomes refugees from Ukraine, as well as Russian nationals fleeing from  
Vladmir Putin's repressive government, to resettle here in Dane County; and  
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Dane County Board of Supervisors  
recognizes that Vladimir Putin's government is not representative of the Russian  
people, and the Dane County Board of Supervisors opposes any form of  
discrimination based on ethnicity or national origin, including discrimination  
against people of Russian ethnicity or national origin, and
