B. Public Hearing - Airport General Obligation Promissory Notes  
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the issuance by the County of its  
General Obligation Airport Project Bonds in a principal amount not to exceed  
$75,000,000 (the “Bonds”), pursuant to Section 142(a)(1) of the Code. The proceeds  
of the Bonds will be used to pay the cost of a terminal modernization project at Dane  
County Regional Airport located at 4000 International Lane, Madison, Wisconsin  
53704 (the “Airport”). The Airport is owned and operated by the County.  
Motion by McCarville, second by Erickson to open the hearing at 5:32 PM. There  
was no comment at the hearing. McCarville, second by Erickson to close the  
hearing at 5:33 PM
