A motion was made by Commissioner ARMSTRONG, seconded by Supervisor  
BOLLIG, that the minutes of the October 13, 2021 Airport Commission meeting be  
approved. The motion carried by voice vote. (7-0)

A motion was made by Supervisor McCARVILLE, seconded by Commissioner  
ARMSTRONG, that this item be moved for discussion. Supervisor LEVIN was  
registered to speak in opposition of this Ordinance Amendment and spoke to the  
Commission. As the primary sponsor, Supervisor PALM was on the call. Further  
discussion ensued with proposed changes to the amendment and no vote took  
place.  
A motion was made by Supervisor SCHAUER, seconded by Supervisor  
McCARVILLE to make the following amendment changes.  
Line 14: to strike the word three and replace it with "at least two";  
Line 16: insert the words "at least" after AND, before TWO to read "and at least  
two of whom..."  
Line 17: to strike one city supervisor and replace it with "One of the city  
supervisors shall be..."  
Line 21-22: Strike the sentence: At least one of the city supervisors shall be  
appointed from District 2, 6, 17, 18, 21 or 11.  
The motion carried with a roll call vote. (7-1)

A motion was made by Supervisor McCARVILLE, seconded by Commissioner  
ARMSTRONG, that the item be approved. The motion carried unanimously.

G. Reports to Committee  
Activity Report  
Director Jones reported fortunately or unfortunately our numbers are holding steady. Director Jones  
stated if you compare October 2020 to October 2021 we had a 178% change because 2020 numbers were  
so low. A more accurate way to measure the recovery is using 2019 pre-pandemic levels numbers as the  
base. That being said, the hope is that 2021 ends at 60-70% of 2019 year end numbers. We are seeing the  
return of seasonal flights including a couple new destinations.

The next Commission Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, January 12,  
2022, 5:30 pm, or the Call of the Chair

A motion to adjourn was made by Commissioner ARMSTRONG, seconded by  
Supervisor McCARVILLE, that the meeting be adjourned. The motion passed.
