The meeting was called to order at 9:00 am.

There were introductions by all parties.

For the Appelants: Tracy Gibbs, John Pope, Shelly Seehafer & Katherine Kroll  
C. Action Items  
Appeal of denial on reclassification of Real Estate Specialist positions: 311, 313,  
314, 321.  
Attachments: Full Appeal  
The Board forwarded to the County Executive their recommendation to uphold  
the Reclassification denial.  
2 - ABDEL-HALIM and HATTERY-GROSKOPF  
Ayes:  
A motion was made by HATTERY-GROSKOPF that the Board enter into closed  
session.  
The committee may go into a closed session for purposes of deliberations concerning a  
case(s) which is/are the subject of any judicial or quasi-judicial trial or hearing before  
the governmental body. The authority for a closed session for such purposes is s.  
19.85(1)(a), Stats. During the closed session, the committee may also conduct  
discussions relative to considering employment, promotion, compensation, performance  
evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has  
jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The authority for a closed session for such  
purposes is s. 19.85(1)(c), Stats.  
Amotion was made by HATTERY-GROSKOPF that the Board exit out of closed  
session.
