A motion was made by GRAY, seconded by KIGEYA, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote. 5-0 (Weigand and Eicher abstain)

June 7, 2022 and June 21, 2022  
Chair Andrae informed the committee that June 7, 2022 would be the last virtual meeting,  
and June 21, 2022 will be a hybrid meeting. Supervisor Pellebon reported that she would  
be absent for the June 21st meeting.
