Discussion on where and when to have the Public Hearings.  
A motion was made by YOCHUM, seconded by OLSON, to have an in person  
Public Hearing at the Alliant Energy Center in the Spring and hold a second  
Virtual Hearing. The motion carried by the following vote:

Stroman said nobody knows what the impact will be with the redesign of Madison Metro.  
If there is one, she feels it will have a disproportionate effect on the population the ADRC  
serves.
