This is a joint meeting of the Environment, Agriculture & Natural Resources  
Committee, the Lakes & Watershed Commission and the Land Conservation  
Committee. Agendas and minutes for each committee will be posted.  
The committees will gather at the boat launch. Committee members and the public  
may park at the boat launch (lake access permits will not be enforced and are not  
required to attend the meeting). In the event of inclement weather, the committees  
will gather under the shelter located near the restroom building at the campground.  
Interpreters must be requested in advance; please see the bottom of the agenda for more information.

Chair Chawla called the meeting to order at 5:36 pm.

1. Lake Management Quarterly Report  
John Reimer gave the quarterly lake management report.

2. Indian Lake County Park Property Plan  
Chris James gave a verbal report on the process for the Indian Lake County Park  
Property Plan, which includes two public information meetings on May 16, 2022 and June  
6, 2022.  
3. Babcock County Park Accessible Water Improvements  
Chris James gave a verbal report on conceptual plans to make capital improvements at  
Babcock County Park to improve water access for everyone. A design firm has been  
hired to work on the details and construction documents.  
C. Future Meeting Items and Dates  
The next EANR meeting will be June 23rd or the call of the Chair.

A motion was made by SMITH, seconded by COLLINS, that the Meeting be  
adjourned. The motion carried unanimously.  
Meeting adjourned at 6:20 pm.  
Following the meeting, those present toured Babcock County Park. No business  
was conducted on the tour.

Following the meeting, staff and committee members plan to tour Babcock County  
Park near the boat landing, shoreline, lock and dam and dredge site. Members of the  
public are welcome to join the tour. No business will be conducted on the tour.
