Chair Ripp called the Park Commission meeting to order at 4:45 PM.  
All commissioners attended virtually, except Chair Ripp attended in person.

Minutes of the August 24, 2022 Park Commission  
A motion was made by BROUWER, seconded by THORESEN, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote 7-0.  
C. Public Hearing Proposed 2023 Fee Changes  
Alex Britzius spoke in opposition of the new recurring fee-based programs permit.  
Robert Kluge spoke neither in support or opposition of the 2023 proposed fee changes.  
Michaiah Faraj spoke in opposition of the new recurring fee-based programs permit.  
Mary Michal spoke in opposition of the new recurring fee-based programs permit.  
Grant Abert spoke in opposition of the new recurring fee-based programs permit.

A motion was made by GOFORTH, seconded by THORESEN, to direct staff to  
prepare a resolution to approve this Conservation Fund grant request. The  
motion carried by a voice vote 6-0.
