IN PERSON: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak  
on/support/oppose an agenda item can register in person at the meeting using paper

ABOVE EVEN IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING IN PERSON. In person registrations to  
provide public comment will be accepted throughout the meeting.

A motion was made by LEVIN, seconded by UPDIKE, that the minutes from July  
1st be approved. The motion carried by a voice vote 2-0.

Committee members requested adding a budget summary report to the Oct. 12th agenda  
following its introduction to the County Board by the County Executive.
