A motion was made by TIKALSKY, seconded by WIPPERFURTH, that the Minutes  
be approved as amended. The motion carried by a voice vote.

1. Broadband Infrastructure Engineering Assessment RFP Update  
Andros presenting  
RFP has gone out with the final deadline for submittal being May 25th, 2022. Interview for  
applicants will take place after the submittal deadline with project start date being  
mid-June. Projected timeline for completion of Broadband Infrastructure Engineering  
Assessment around six to ten months.  
2. Survey update  
Survey results were discussed with the Task Force.  
758 mail-in responses  
120 online responses were completed by people who received a mailed survey.  
2055 online surveys were completed by people who were not mailed a survey.  
Survey Report from UW River Falls Research Center was initially going to released to  
Task Force on May 31st, but with the extension of the survey the report will likely be  
release mid-June.

4. Review recommendation breakdown  
Lezberg presenting  
Sharon Lezberg reviewed brainstormed items and Task Force Members discussed  
changes.  
Discussion ensued about possible recommendations.  
5. Discuss Task Force Extension  
Discussion ensued about Dane County BroadbandTask Force extension.  
6. Discuss advocacy  
Lezberg, Lauber, and Wipperfurth presenting  
Task Force discussed different advocacy options, the limitation set by WI state statute,  
and PSC grant requirements.  
7. Discuss potential second meeting in June  
Task Force discussed potential need for secondary meeting in June. June 23rd  
discussed as option for the second monthly meeting.
