A. Call To Order
Linda Ketcham called the meeting to order at 5:34 p.m. with a quorum present.

Following the new County public meeting rules, Chair Ketcham asked if there was any objection to
having a three-minute limit for public comments. No objection was raised.
B. Consideration of Minutes
04-04-22 CCHIC MINUTES
A motion was made by Williams and seconded Benford to approve the minutes
of April 4, 2022. No discussion and no opposition. Ketcham, Williams, Baldwin,
Benford, Figueroa-Cole voted to approve. Kamp abstained.

D. Action Items
1. 2023 Budget Recommendation Listening Session
Staff answered committee member’s questions regarding existing assistance for
transportation.
Committee members discussed the challenges people who are frequently incarcerated
face and importance of finding solutions for the population. The Committee will have
presentation on homelessness among justice involved individuals and continue
discussion regarding the public comment at the next meeting.
