Carrie Springer, Dane County Legislative Lobbyist provided an overview of state laws  
limiting broadband expansion.  
Discussion ensued regarding state laws and advocacy.

Supervisor Ratcliff provided an update on the resolution that is working its way through  
the legislative process and will hopefully be before the County Board in June.
