a. The OEI Director, Wesley Sparkman has been invited to next EOC meeting  
to discuss Wisconsin State Journal articles and other inquiries about EOC.  
b. Discussion about Wisconsin State Journal article. This will be discussed at  
the next EOC meeting as a commission/body.  
c. For EOC meeting, include OEI Investigation updates such as number of  
complaints, stages, probable cause, etc. This is requested on a monthly basis  
F. Future Meeting Items and Dates  
1. Next EOC-Executive meeting will be on Tuesday, July 5, 2022.  
a. Add script for Commission/Committee members to view, at the top of the  
agenda underneath the various interpretations. Chair can choose to read it  
aloud.  
b. Discuss with EOC responsibility for whatever reasons such as lack of  
quorum etc. Responsibilities are needed and required of EOC. Commission  
may need to take a look at its goals.  
c. Move "G. Public Comment on Items not on the Agenda" to top of agenda. If  
someone from the public attends the meeting, and quorum is lost, the public  
will not have to sit until the end of a meeting to speak.
