The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m. Sup. Veldran arrived after Item C. Sup.

Discussion ensued among committee members. There was a question regarding the  
fiscal note. Sup Smith indicated that the fiscal note had no practical fiscal effect  
because it was determined that the costs (for signage changes) were minimal enough  
that they could be absorbed by existing facilities budgets.  
A motion was made by SCHAUER, seconded by PALM, that the resolution be  
recommended for approval. The motion carried by a voice vote.

H. Future Meeting Items and Dates  
The next regular meeting of the Executive Committee will be held on July 21 at 5:30 p.m.  
The main agenda item is anticipated to be the presentation by Keen Independent  
Research (delivered virtually) summarizing the preliminary report with findings and  
recommendations from the Parks and Zoo Access and Equity Program Evaluation. The  
meeting will be held in the County Board chambers in order to accommodate members of  
the public and the board who wish to attend to hear the presentation.  
Chair Miles indicated there will be a need for a second Executive Committee meeting on  
July 28th to take up a referendum item related to the jail. The meeting will be held at 5:30  
p.m.
