Discussion of components of plan. Plans reviewed last month: Health
Services, Public Safety Communication and Juvenile Court Program.
Discussion about what was included and excluded. Discussion on culture in
office, hiring, and evaluations. Discussion of number of people hired and
retention of those hired. Discussion of promotions and termination. Discussion
of Human Services Plan and letter inviting Human Services to attend OEI
Advisory meeting. Discussion of OEI Advisory influence on plans.
2. PIE Grant Membership
Discussion of PIE Grant process and Staff to send application.
