A. Call To Order  
Others present: Devyn Brown, Jack Quigley, Kelli Knight, Lauren Kuhl,

Supervisor Bare called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.

B. Officer Elections  
1. Chair  
Supervisor BARE asked for nominations for Chair. Supervisor HUELSEMANN  
nominated Supervisor BARE to be Health & Human Needs Committee Health  
Care and Public Health Workforce Subcommittee Chair. There were no more  
nominations. Supervisor BARE called for a vote and was unanimously  
elected as Chair.  
2. Vice Chair  
Supervisor BARE asked for nominations for Vice Chair. Supervisor BARE  
nominated Supervisor HUELSEMANN to be Health & Human Needs Committee  
Health Care and Public Health Workforce Subcommittee Vice Chair. There  
were no more nominations. Supervisor BARE called for a vote and  
Supervisor HUELSEMANN was unanimously elected as Vice Chair.

SURVEY OF COVID-19 IMPACT ON DANE COUNTY HEALTHCARE  
WORKERS  
Jack Quigley, Managing Partner of Elevated Campaigns & Public Affairs, shared a  
PowerPoint and answered Subcommittee Members' questions.  
Subcommittee Members Tatiana Smith, Tami Burns and Pat Raes shared how the  
COVID-19 pandemic has impacted themselves and the health care workforce in Dane  
County.  
WORKFORCE TRAUMA RECOVERY & TRAINING PROGRAM  
Kelli Knight, Senior Engagement Strategist at DIRA Partners, shared a PowerPoint and  
answered Subcommittee Members' questions.  
2. The Future of Wisconsin’s Health Care Workforce  
(Wisconsin Council on Medical Education & Workforce Representative)  
THE FUTURE OF WISCONSIN'S HEALTHCARE WORKFORCE  
George Quinn, Executive Director of the Wisconsin Council on Medical Education and  
Workforce, shared a PowerPoint and answered Subcommittee Members' questions.  
3. Challenges Facing Wisconsin’s Public Health Workers  
(Wisconsin Public Health Association Representative)  
WISCONSIN PUBLIC HEALTH WORKFORCE CHALLENGES  
Dr. Geoffrey Swain shared a PowerPoint and answered Subcommittee Members'  
questions.

A motion was made by HUELSEMANN, seconded by RAES, to adjourn. The  
motion carried by a voice vote 12-0.
