Chair Bare called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m.

A motion was made by HUELSEMANN, seconded by HATCHER, to open the public  
hearing. The motion carried by a voice vote (12-0).

Bare asked members to complete an availability poll for a meeting later in July.
