A. Call To Order  
The meeting was called to order at 1:18pm.  
B. Consideration of Minutes  
Minutes for December 6, 2021 Reclassification Appeals Board Meeting.  
A motion was made by HATTERY-GROSKOPF, seconded by ABDEL-HALIM, that  
the Minutes be approved.  
C. Reclassification Appeals Board Meeting  
The board members in attendance were: Kate Hattery-Groskopf & Emaan Abdel-Halim.  
The appellants in attendance were: Debra Rudoll, Linda Kiesow & Jen Reynolds.  
The Dane County Employee Relation employees in attendance were: Alex Hauri, Kabura  
Mukasa, Debra Nehls & Rodrigo Valdivia.  
D. Action Items  
Appeal of denial on reclassification of Account Clerk II positions: 2336 &  
584.  
A motion was made by HATTERY-GROSKOPF, seconded by ABDEL-HALIM, that  
the Action Item be recommended to uphold the denial. The motion carried by the  
following vote:  
2 - ABDEL-HALIM and HATTERY-GROSKOPF  
Ayes:  
A motion was made by ABDEL-HALIM that the Board enter into closed session.  
The committee may go into a closed session for purposes of deliberations concerning a case(s) which  
is/are the subject of any judicial or quasi-judicial trial or hearing before the governmental body. The  
authority for a closed session for such purposes is s.19.85(1)(a), Stats. During the closed, the committee  
may also conduct discussions relative to considering employment, promotion, compensation  
performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction  
or exercises responsibility. The authority for a closed session for such purposes is s.19.85(1)(c), Stats.  
A motion was made by ABDEL-HALIM that the Board exit out of closed session.

G. Adjourn
