A. Call To Order  
The meeting was called to order at 12:30 p.m.  
Staff and others present: Staff and others present: Peter Ouchakof, Casey Becker,  
Joanna Cervantes, and Pedro Ruiz (staff).  
B. Public Comment on Items not on the Agenda  
None.  
C. Action Items  
Staff shared the ranked scores of 2023 applicants and the anticipated funding available  
to allocate to projects. Staff noted that some projects i.e. major home repair and  
mortgage reduction can be funded out of either CDBG or HOME; and explained the 15%  
cap on funds that can be spent towards public service projects.  
Upon deliberation, the Commissioners recommended funding allocations to projects  
based on the scores and evaluation criteria. Motion by DeGollon, seconded by Oberle,  
to approve the initial funding recommendations as presented on the attached  
spreadsheet. Motion carried unanimously by a voice vote.  
APPLICATION REVIEW TEAM FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS FOR  
2023 CDBG/HOME PROPOSALS.
