A motion was made by BARING that the minutes be approved. The motion
carried by voice vote.

1. Chapter 15 Ordinance
Discussion on Chapter 15 Ordinance and changes to include. Discussion
ensued to add in Ordinance in future agendas, attending RESJ meetings to
learn barriers each department faces. OEI Advisory to review ordinance and
follow up if changes are needed.
E. Discussion Items
1. PIE Grant
Discussion on PIE Grant timeline, reviewer team volunteers, and reviewers'
meeting to be scheduled. Discussion ensued from previous reviewers'
experience on reviewing.
