The Monday June 10, 2024 AAA Access Committee meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the  
public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at the ADRC building, 2865 N Sherman Ave Room 108, Madison.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

In person registrations to provide public comment will be accepted throughout the meeting.

B. Consideration of Minutes  
Minutes from May 6th meeting  
A motion was made by Farsetta, seconded by WERNER, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote.  
C. Discussion Items  
1. Need to move November 11 meeting date. Dane County will be closed for Veteran's  
Day.  
Check with Sridevi Mohan and see when the AAA Board meeting date will be moved too.  
2. Discussion and questions related to CM Audit review.

Long discussion with committee members about the finding from CM audits.

2. Aging Plan Update & Request-Claire  
Purkis discussed the stage at which the Aging Plan is currently at. Also requested  
committee members to reach out to three people they know over 60+ to answer some  
questions about Aging services.
